Summit Builders is an ENR Top 400 contractor currently ranked 9th largest in Arizona and 12th largest in the Southwestern United States. For the past 21 years Summit has provided pre-construction planning and construction services through Construction Management, Design-Build, Program/Project Management and Design/Bid/Build delivery methods. Summit builds projects in both the public and private sectors.

Summit Builders is a strong advocate of green building and is 100% committed to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).  We offer regular classroom training and encourage all employees to earn LEED accreditation.  Summit Builders is currently constructing a project for the State of Arizona to Silver LEED Certification.
